About Magda

Hello, I'm Magda and I'm glad you're here.

I started Resonant Choices because of one belief I kept coming back to: that when someone stops doubting themselves, how they lead and relate begins to change.

There is nothing quite like witnessing that moment: when the shoulders drop, a sparkle appears on their face, and someone steps into who they are.

I bring compassion and lightness into the room. My clients describe me as calm and caring, and I think that's where good work begins: in a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, and held enough to go deep.

Resonant Choices was inspired by a coaching question that never left me. The idea that we always have a choice. That we can choose who we want to be, how we want to show up, and what kind of life we want to create.

The journey

The thread was always there.

WarsawChapter 01

I grew up in Warsaw: curious, social, and rarely still. I was a competitive athlete through primary and high school, running tracks and training daily. I chose biotechnology because I was good at math and liked chemistry: practical logic over grand passion.

But even then, I held paradoxes: insecure yet confident, gentle yet wild. I didn't know it then, but those contradictions would shape everything that followed. I graduated with a Master of Science, turned down the PhD, and followed my husband to the Netherlands without a plan.

Warsaw
DelftChapter 02

I arrived in the Netherlands newly married, no job, no plan, just curiosity and someone who believed in me. Someone recommended a programme. I applied. And a year later I was in Delft, doing an EngD at Delft University of Technology.

I thrived. The multidisciplinary projects, cross-cultural teamwork, overseas travel for seminars and biotech tours, presenting my work. I was driven, and alive. But when I became a mother, I doubted my career path. Something shifted and I didn't know what it was.

Delft
SingaporeChapter 03

Another family relocation, this time to Singapore, opened a space I hadn't expected. For the first time, I chose what I wanted, not what made sense on paper. I became a personal trainer, a prenatal group trainer, a yoga teacher, and trained in cognitive fitness.

I loved every moment: the teaching, the community, the aliveness of it. It was more than fitness to me. It was about guiding women through their pregnancies and postnatal period, helping them build strong bodies and resilient minds. To thrive in motherhood and in life.

The shiftChapter 04

Then a spinal injury stopped everything. A herniated disc kept me at home for months. For the first time, I slowed down enough to feel how fragile life is. How much of it I had been living on autopilot.

The uncertainty, ongoing pain and inability to work pushed me to work on myself for the very first time. Therapy and coaching created an awareness of who I am, how to live consciously, make better choices, and what it means to act on what matters most to me. It was then that I decided to train as a professional coach.

The Shift
NowChapter 05

What I didn't fully understand then was that the thread had always been there: in the teamwork, in the teaching, in the simple joy of being with people and watching something shift. The science changed. The setting changed.

But the drive to serve, to contribute, to leave this place better than I found it. That never did. It is still a journey, but this time of authorship. And I love it.

Slowing down brings more presence, choice and aliveness into your life.

My approach

Gentle and direct at the same time.

I bring compassion and lighthearted joy to every session. My style is gentle and direct. I will hold you with warmth, and I will hold up a mirror: to name what I see, sense and hear. I don't let you stay comfortable in a story that isn't serving you. And I hold you accountable to what you said you wanted.

My approach is integral. I see you as a whole person in relationship with yourself and others, across your emotions, your body, your thinking, your spirituality. Because change doesn't happen on one level alone. It happens across all of them.

You will feel seen. You will feel held. And you will feel that I genuinely believe in where you are going.

I am firmly rooted in integrity. I will stand for what feels right. And I will stand for you.

What I believe in

The values that guide my work.

We are whole, complex, messy human beings. We don't need fixing.

Fear is the teacher. Turn it into curiosity.

Authenticity is vulnerability. It's showing up with the parts of ourselves we'd rather hide.

Serve something greater than yourself. Leave the world better than you found it.

Rest isn't wasted time. It's where energy and attention come back.

Listening is the most underrated leadership skill.

Who I work with

People who are good at what they do.

My work supports leaders and professionals from diverse industries and roles who navigate their careers, want to improve their communication, or strengthen relationships. They want to make better decisions, at work and in life and somewhere underneath their competences they question whether the way they are leading now is truly theirs.

My clients carry responsibilities, they show up for others, and are ready to invest in their own growth. They come to coaching because they know something needs to change. They want to feel differently, they want to live, lead and relate with more authenticity, integrity, and wellbeing.

They are ready to lead themselves and others differently. From within, not from external pressure.

What a blessing it is to have worked with Magdalena. I struggled getting past certain things for years in my life and it's so amazing that in the 8 months I've worked with her I've managed to work through some of those difficult situations and I now look back with so much clarity. I'm equipped with tools to work through life. My time with her has really grounded me and helped me look at life from a fresh new lens. So much value in her work, that so many people like me can benefit from.
